• 70 years old and older
• Has a death benefit in excess of $250,000
• Owns a policy that is at least two years old, (convertible term life policies are eligible as well)
• Wants to receive “fair market value for their policy, not just the cash value
• Wants to increase current cash flow
• May have a need for the newer and better plans available today
